Industrial Division

Ahmad N. AlBinali & Sons has established an industrial division to manufacture high quality bituminous construction material accordance to ASTM standard, liquid asphalts (cut backs), emulsions and hot mix asphalts for applications in road maintenance, construction, roofing and water proofing.

The division is currently being located to Dammam Second Industrial City as part of its progressive growth to meet market demand. The company has a rolling contract in the Eastern Province for both slurry sealing and ongoing road maintenance.

The industrial division, also, manufactures protective coating known as Roof Guard for the maintenance and construction sector.

The division has a long-term service order contract with Saudi Aramco for major maintenance of Southern area roads.
