Civil Construction Division
Dating back to 1937, the civil construction division’s initial activities involved site preparation and cold mix paving for Aramco. Building on its reputation for quality and its proven ability to handle more complex project work, the division rapidly developed with more contract work for Aramco, and then later Saudi Aramco, other government organizations and the private sector.
The company is a major constructor of office and commercial complexes while still maintaining site preparation and grading services, both within urban and desert environments.
Roads
Road construction work includes earth works, asphalt paving, pipe culverts, street lighting and road marking. The division also undertakes road maintenance and slurry sealing.
Buildings
Building construction covers site development / grading, site utilities, paving, building foundations and grade slab, steel structure, architecture and finishes, HVAC system, plumbing and water system, electrical and power supply system, telecommunication and fire fighting system.
Industrial Plants
Dealing with all sort of construction for heavy industrial plants including projects for site preparation & development, upgrade storm water drainage and temporary facilities.
In conjunction and part of the above, we also undertake contracts for initial / final development works such as land scaping, site preparation, water and sewer system, security fencing, electrical & telephone cabling and asphalt paving of large infrastructure projects.
The company has a 50,000 sqm yard that includes specialist earthmovers, bulldozers and loaders together with maintenance facilities and workshops. Over the decades, the division has worked in Ras Tanura, Abqaiq, Riyadh, Jubail and Khafji. One of its major projects was the execution of the East West pipeline that crosses the Kingdom.
